Rental fee varies in accordance to the total number of attendants event is being set up for.
Minimum Rental Fee
We are capable of seating up to 450 attendants comfortably inside of barn. Pricing will vary upon final count. Please inquire directly for more information.
A $ 1,500.00 non-refundable deposit will be required at booking to reserve your date. This deposit will apply towards your final balance. Full payment due no less than 90 days prior to event or deposit and date will be surrendered.
· Use of designated venue area Friday @ noon – Sunday @ noon during date of event.
· Extended weekend timeframe for your convenance to decorate the day before your event and leaving you the option to come back the morning after your event to tear down and collect your belongings.
· White wooden chiavari chairs for guest setting inside the barn.
· Round tables seating up to 8 guests per table.
· We not only provide you with all indoor tables and chairs needed for your designated number of attendants, we physically set everything up before you arrive to best suit the space for your event size.
· Indoor plumbed restrooms.
· Five stalls in each men's and women's restrooms.
· Fully stocked upon arrival.
· Garbage bins & liners provided.
· Dumpster on-site to dispose of bagged garbage.
· Take your personal belongings, your bagged garbage to the dumpster and leave the space as it was when you arrived.. let us take care of the rest. We physically clean floors & restrooms after your rental has ended.
